Android 4.1.2 update for T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S III available now

T-Mobile USA has announced that its Samsung Galaxy S III is receiving an official update to Android 4.1.2 starting today, May 13.

The update is a 168MB file, and brings various novelties, including: Multi Windows support, improved camera options, auto pairing via NFC, Paper Artist, Samsung Gallery, Sound Balance, Easy Mode, and Blocking Mode. You can get it either over the air, or via Samsung Kies. More details about the update are available here at T-Mobile’s Support website.

Samsung Galaxy S III TMobile Jelly Bean 412 update

The S III is currently offered by T-Mobile for a down payment of $69.99, and monthly payments of $20 for 2 years. Only the grey version can be bought at the moment – the white one being out of stock. Sure enough, you can buy the newer, better, bigger Samsung Galaxy S4, which costs $149.99 plus $20 per month for 2 years. Or, if your budget is tight, the older S II is available, too ($29.99 plus $16 per month for 2 years).
