Samsung Galaxy Note III confirmed for the second half of 2013? Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 LTE listed at Bluetooth SIG
We’ve reported more than once that the Galaxy Note III would be unveiled in September. And it looks like that will happen.
According to an internal document uncovered by Oled-display.net, Samsung has confirmed a new 6 inch flagship model that’s “scheduled for released in H2 2013”. This, of course, has to be the Note III.
As previously mentioned, the 6 inch Full HD display of the Note III won’t be flexible, and neither unbreakable, because Samsung can’t produce enough display panels of this type at the moment.
Another upcoming smartphone that’s reportedly confirmed is the Galaxy S4 Mini – this should be announced in the coming weeks, featuring a 4.3 inch qHD Super AMOLED screen, dual-core 1.6 GHz Exynos 5210 processor, 1GB of RAM (or 2GB for the LTE version, 32GB of internal memory, 8MP rear camera, and a 2,100 mAh battery. You can see the S4 Mini compared to the S4, S3 and S3 Mini in the table below (“Android 4.0” – this must be a typo):
Finally, we have news on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. Unlike the Tab 3 7.0 and Tab 3 8.0, this will (obviously) have a 10.1 inch display. Its LTE edition, model number GT-P5220, has been approved by the Bluetooth SIG today – which might mean we’re going to see it soon. The UA Profile of the GT-P5220 says its screen resolution is of 1280 x 800 pixels. We’ll bring more details as soon as we have them.
