Verizon’s Samsung Galaxy S4 will be out on May 23, earlier than expected
Verizon’s variation of the Samsung Galaxy S4 has been up for pre-order for quite a long time. And for some of that time, an actual release date of the device was unknown. It then got out that May 30 would be the big date starting when the phone would be available in stores and online at Big Red. This timing made Verizon dead last when it comes to S4 releases, out of the ‘big four’ carriers in the US.
Well, the red carrier is still going to be last, but here’s some good news: for some reason it’s now decided to bump up the release of the highly anticipated Samsung handset by exactly one week. So it’s not May 30 anymore, it’s actually going to be on May 23 that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be found in Verizon stores all across America, just waiting to be bought by avid high-end mobile device cravers.
The price has not undergone any changes, so it’s the same $199.99 you’ll need to shell out for the S4, and obviously you’ll also have to live with a two-year contract attached.
Start the countdown clock, then.
