Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 now available, already $20 cheaper at Amazon
Right on time, the Samsung Galaxy S4 has finally made it to Verizon today. This will surely help the Korean company sell even more of these smartphones, after announcing that it’s already crossed the 10 million milestone earlier today with less than a month having passed since it initially went on sale.
The Galaxy S4 can be bought straight from Verizon for the now-standard fare for high-end smartphones in the US: $199.99 with a new two-year contract.
However, if you’re willing to go another route, you can save $20 on that price – even starting today. The only thing you need to do is buy the phone from Amazon. This will still mean you’ll have to sign a two-year contract with Verizon though, so keep that in mind. Also do note that currently the Galaxy S4 for Verizon is available at Amazon only in white. That’s in stock. You can also order the black variant, but for now it is said to ship in 2-4 weeks.
Obviously this is the exact same Galaxy S4 that’s on sale at the other US-based carriers, albeit with support for Verizon’s different bands.
