AT&T BlackBerry Q10 will be in stores on June 21
AT&T has just announced that the BlackBerry Q10 will be available to buy from its stores and online on June 21. This will come after pre-orders for the smartphone should have started shipping today.
The Q10 has been up for pre-order at AT&T for about a couple of weeks now, and it’s finally getting ready to be released by this particular carrier. The handset will cost you $199.99 with the now-obligatory two-year contract.
AT&T says that for a limited time, if you trade in your old smartphone you could be eligible to receive at least $100 off the price of the BlackBerry Q10, so keep that in mind.
The Q10 is BlackBerry’s first smartphone that runs BlackBerry OS 10 and has the iconic BlackBerry form factor, meaning it’s a candybar that has a full physical QWERTY keyboard underneath the screen. Unlike some BlackBerry smartphones from the past, the Q10 has a touchscreen though, so presumably you’re able to get the best of both worlds, so to speak. It was announced in January alongside the touch-only Z10 but has only recently started making its way into stores in the US.
