Unlocked Nokia Eos (Lumia 1020 / 909) to cost around $600, three color versions expected

Nokia’s long-rumored Eos might be called Lumia 1020, or Lumia 909 when it finally hits the market – we won’t know for sure until July 11, when Nokia will officially announce the new smartphone.

Until then, WP Central has obtained a screenshot that sheds some light on the price the Eos / Lumia 1020 / 909 will have. Apparently, you’ll be able to buy an unlocked unit for $602 via Microsoft Store. This probably means the device will be offered for no more than $200 on contract. Also, it looks like the Eos will have three color versions (at least for the beginning): black, white, and yellow.

Apart from being released in the US (by AT&T), the new Windows Phone 8 flagship handset will also be available in Europe – with UK reportedly being among the first markets to get it.

As you may already know, the Eos has a 41MP PureView camera (with Xenon flash) on the back. That aside, it should feature LTE connectivity, a 4.5 inch PureMotion HD+ display, dual-core processor, and 32BG of internal memory.
