Alcatel One Touch Scribe Pro leaks, will have 6″ screen, quad-core CPU, 13 MP camera, stylus
Alcatel seems to be in “throw dozens of phones at the wall and see what sticks” mode this year. The brand has so far announced at least 15 devices in 2013, and apparently it has no plans of slowing down.
TCL (the Chinese company behind the Alcatel name) sure loves brands. The Alcatel phones all feature the One Touch brand, and aside from that we’ve seen two different series of devices – those branded Idol, and those also featuring the Scribe moniker.
This will have a 6-inch touchscreen with unknown resolution, a 13.1 MP rear camera, a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor with dual-SIM support, a 3,400 mAh battery, and a stylus. There will also be a “LED magic flip” case for the phablet offered.
There’s no pricing attached to this leak, nor any hint of when the One Touch Scribe Pro will go on sale. One thing’s pretty clear, though: don’t expect this to be available outside of Asia. Or in markets that aren’t labeled as ‘developing’.
The thing looks nice enough, and the screen has some LG G2-style incredibly narrow bezels, so it’s bound to attract a few buyers, whenever and wherever it will be in stores.
