Samsung Galaxy Z4 Zoom LTE launched in Europe
Announced back in June as “the only device you’ll ever need”, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom has two versions: one with HSDPA connectivity, and another one that also supports LTE. While the HSDPA version has been available since July, the LTE-capable Galaxy S4 Zoom is only now being released – at least in Europe.
According to Samsung, customers will be able to find the S4 Zoom LTE at many European carriers, including Orange, Deutsche Telekom, Tele2, and Telia Sonera. Unfortunately, the South Korean company did not reveal any pricing details.
Running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, the Galaxy S4 Zoom combines a mid-range smartphone with a dedicated camera. The result is a device that has a 4.3 inch qHD display, dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1.5GB of RAM, and a 16MP rear camera with Xenon flash, OIS, and 10x optical zoom.
“The introduction of LTE capabilities to the Galaxy S4 Zoom demonstrates our commitment to providing customers with the best possible product on the market. Today’s consumers place great importance on being connected with their world, a need that is catered for with the LTE technology. It’s powerful, stylish and is perfect for those who want to take outstanding pictures from a device that’s always with them and then share them immediately and easily.”
