Sony Xperia Z1 f could be the Japanese name of Honami Mini
Sony’s rumored Xperia Z1 Mini (or Honami Mini) might be released in Japan as the Xperia Z1 f.
According to a leaked document that seemingly comes from NTT DoCoMo – Japan’s largest mobile operator – the Xperia Z1 f (model number SO-02F) should have four color versions: black, white, yellow, and pink. The handset reportedly measures 127 x 64.9 x 9.4 mm, as it only has a 4.3 inch HD display (unlike the original Z1, which sports a 5 inch Full HD screen). Other expected features: quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 20MP rear camera, 16GB of expandable internal memory, and a 2,300 mAh battery. Like the larger Z1, the smaller Z1 f is dustproof and waterproof, and runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
We don’t know when the Xperia Z1 f will be officially announced by Sony. Moreover, the screenshots seen above could be fake, so the features listed there may not be correct. We’ll let you know when more details about this arrive.
