Verizon’s HTC One Max pictured

Expected to be officially announced next week (possibly on October 15, or October 17), the HTC One Max has appeared in yet another set of photos. This time, however, we’re looking at a special One Max, which is made for Verizon Wireless. The carrier’s logo is visible one the front of this One Max.

Reportedly, the device is being shown to Verizon employees for demo purposes. The source of the photos confirms that it has a fingerprint scanner (as mentioned many times before), and a removable back cover. Unfortunately, there is no word on when Verizon intends to release the One Max. Hopefully, it won’t wait months after other US carriers introduce it (as it did with the original HTC One).

The One Max will be HTC’s first phablet, featuring a 6 inch Full HD display, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean (certainly upgradeable to 4.4 KitKat), an UltraPixel rear camera, quad-core processor, and 2GB of RAM.
