T-Mobile HTC One Android 4.3 update now rolling out
That’s right, folks – the update to Android 4.3 for T-Mobile’s HTC One has started rolling out today. It comes in the form of software version 3.24.531.3. This isn’t a small update – it weighs in at a whopping 560 MB, so you’re going to have to be on Wi-Fi while downloading it.
Speaking of which – yes, this is an over-the-air rollout. Meaning that, if it hasn’t done so already, your phone will notify you when the update is ready to download and install. If you’re the impatient type, you can obviously go to Settings > About and initiate a manual check for the software update. Maybe, just maybe, you’ll get lucky. Either way, the update should arrive in the next few hours or days, so it’s all good.
Aside from bumping the Android version to 4.3, this update comes with improvements to the notification bar and Quick Settings, battery life, camera autofocusing, HTC Blinkfeed, and HTC Video highlights.
