New Motorola G (DVX) seemingly pictured
Remember that Motorola DVX that’s supposed to be a cheaper version of the Moto X? It might be released as the Moto G.
EVleaks received a tip and an image showing the Moto G in a printed ad. There are two color versions of the handset: black and white. Feature-wise, the Moto G should offer a 4.7 inch HD (1280 x 720) display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU clocked at 1.5GHz, 8GB or 16GB of internal memory, 8MP rear camera, and a 1,950 mAh battery made by LG.
Reportedly, the new handset will be offered for free on contract (in the US). Unfortunately, it’s not clear when it’s going to be released, and neither if it will run the new Android 4.4 KitKat at launch.
It’s said that a dual SIM edition of the Moto G will be introduced in China at some point.
Another device that Motorola may unveil soon is the Xplay / Droid Quantum phablet. We’ll keep you posted.
