Nexus 5 may arrive at T-Mobile on November 20
The LG-made Google Nexus 5 could arrive in T-Mobile stores on November 20. The most leaked handset in recent history is already available via the Play Store (though it may not actually be in stock). However, there are some people who always think it’s better to buy such wares from a carrier, for whatever reason.
There’s no pricing information associated with the Nexus 5 coming from this particular leak, unfortunately. The release date information stems from a purported retail planning guide for November – an internal T-Mobile document. As you can see, the date is clearly marked.
Don’t expect to buy the Nexus 5 from T-Mobile as cheap as you can find it in Google’s Play Store, though. If history repeats itself, it will be more expensive. That was the case for the Nexus 4 sold by carriers, and we have no reason to think things will be different this time around. Keep that in mind.
The only possible advantage to getting the Nexus 5 from T-Mobile then has to be the company’s financing plan. So you’ll pay less upfront, followed by monthly payments of some random value. That’s fine if you really can’t pay $349 at once. Otherwise, perhaps you should just buy from the Play Store and get prepaid service at a carrier.
