Verizon’s Nokia Lumia 929 may be launched in December. Lumia 1320 shown off in new video

As you probably already know, Verizon didn’t release the Nokia Lumia 929 on November 21 (as a previous rumor had suggested). The carrier didn’t even confirm the existence of the 929. But it looks like the wait for those wanting to buy this new Windows Phone 8 handset will be finally over next month.

According to some info received by WPCentral, Verizon could launch the Lumia 929 in mid to late December. The smartphone will be available in black and white, packing a 2,510 mAh battery – not as impressive as the 3,400 mAh battery featured on the Lumia 1520. The white Lumia 929, pictured below, may be limited edition.

Verizon Nokia Lumia 929 December

Verizon’s Lumia 929 seems to be a slightly smaller version of the Lumia 1520, reportedly featuring a 5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) display, LTE, quad-core Qualcomm 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a PureView rear camera.

AT&T is currently selling the Lumia 1520 for $99.99 on contract, but the original price was $199.99. So we should expect Verizon to also ask $199.99 for its Lumia 929 when this is launched.

In other Nokia news, the company’s Lumia 1320, which won’t be out until early 2014, has appeared in a new promo video which presents it as being “big and beautiful”:

Unlike the high-end Lumia 1520 and Lumia 929, the Lumia 1320 will be targeted at budget-conscious customers, offering a 6 inch HD (1280 x 720) display, LTE, dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.7GHz, 1GB of RAM, and a 5MP rear camera (no PureView goodness here). The price of the 1320, as announced by Nokia, will be $339 before taxes and subsidies.
