Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo now said to be launching in mid-February
Yesterday we told you that the rumored Samsung Galaxy Grand Lite will actually be sold as the Galaxy Grand Neo, aiming to complement the new Galaxy Grand 2 in the Korean company’s portfolio of lower-end smartphones with 5″ displays.
And today we have a purported release time frame to speak of too. Apparently Samsung will launch the Galaxy Grand Neo in the 7th week of this year. That starts on February 10 and ends on February 16. This information applies to sales in Belgium.
Back when the handset was known to us as the Galaxy Grand Lite, its release was said to happen in the 5th week of 2014, which starts on January 27 and ends on February 2. The thing is, though, both of these time frames could be right. It just may be that certain markets will get it in week five, while others (such as Belgium, or even all of Europe) will have to wait until week seven.
Either way, the Galaxy Grand Neo is coming, and it’s going to arrive in stores pretty soon. It will be priced at €299, with taxes included. It’s going to be an offering for those who want a big screen but can live with it being low-res, and don’t mind the other specs being lower-midrange.
