Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 now up for pre-order in the UK, shipping on March 4
Following in the footsteps of the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is now up for pre-order in the UK. You can get it straight from Samsung’s own online store, and prices start at £449.
For that amount of cash you’ll get 16 GB of built-in storage space, but Samsung will also throw in a free 32 GB microSD card for every pre-order, to nicely round that up to a cool 48 GB. The free microSD card offer “ends soon”, though, so make sure you pre-order fast if you want to take advantage of it.
The Tab Pro 10.1 was announced back at CES in January alongside the Tab Pro 8.4, Tab Pro 12.2, and the Note Pro 12.2. All of these are already available in the USA, but their rollout is taking a bit longer in the UK.
Samsung’s UK arm will start shipping the pre-ordered Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 units on March 4, which is in about two weeks time.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 comes with a 10.1-inch 2,560×1,600 touchscreen, a 1.9 GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos Octa processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, an 8 MP rear camera, a 2 MP front camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (with MIMO), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and an 8,220 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
