LG G2 Mini lands in the UK this month, yours for £250 SIM-free
LG announced its entrant into the ‘Mini’ space back in February, and last month we heard that the G2 Mini would be making its way to some European markets in April. That apparently was also true for the UK, since today one well known online retailer has come forward and told us when to expect the handset to be in stock.
If you’re in the UK and want to buy an LG G2 Mini, you can head over to Clove right now where it’s up for pre-order already. You’ll need to pay exactly £250 for the privilege, VAT included. This nets you a SIM-free and unlocked unit, of course.
The first batches of stock are expected to arrive in the UK before the end of this month (but towards the latter part, so don’t expect this to happen in a few days from now).
The G2 Mini looks like the bigger G2, but has nothing in common with it in terms of specs. The G2 Mini is basically just a midranger that shares its design with the Korean company’s current mainstream flagship smartphone.
The LG G2 Mini comes with a 4.7-inch 540×960 IPS touchscreen, an 8 MP rear camera, a 1.3 MP front camera, a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, 150 Mbps 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and a 2,440 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
