LG G3 press renders leaked showing all three color versions in great detail

The LG G3 has been leaking like crazy lately, ahead of its official announcement on May 27. Even LG started teasing us by showing minute bits and pieces in a video yesterday.

So far we’ve seen live images of the G3 in white (twice, actually) as well as gold, and we know there will be at least one additional launch color – grey. And today official-looking high-res press renders showing all of these versions have been leaked to Phone Arena.

So, ladies and gentlemen, here’s the LG G3:

Once again, it looks like LG has managed to cram as much screen as possible into a more compact chassis than those of competing devices. The G2 basically came with the dimensions of a 5″ handset, despite the fact that its display was a 5.2″ unit.

In the case of the G3, the insanely small bezels are a must, since we’ve heard countless times that it will sport a 5.5-inch 2,560×1,440 touchscreen. At that size, we’re into phablet territory, so the Korean company must balance that with making the G3 as pocketable as possible so its sheer size doesn’t turn some people off purchasing one.

As you can see, the G3 seems like it’s going to come with an IR LED blaster on the top side, just like some offerings from Samsung. But there’s no 3.5 mm headset jack over there, so we assume it’s on the bottom.

The LG G3 should, according to past rumors and leaks, have a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 3 GB of RAM, a 13 MP rear camera with OIS+ and dual-tone LED flash, and it may bring with it a visually overhauled version of LG’s UI overlay that sits on top of Android. It will all get confirmed (or not) in less than two weeks.

Though by the time the official announcement comes, we’ll probably have seen the G3 many more times.
