LG V400 tablet has its uninspiring specs leaked, it’s either the G Pad 7.0 or the G Pad 8.0
Just a couple of days ago, LG told us that it was going to release three new tablets in the near future. The Korean company also let us know that they would be called G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0, and G Pad 10.1 – the names unsurprisingly unveiling each device’s screen size. Add in a couple of official press renders, and you have the whole picture.
No, really. LG forgot to say anything about specs. So we’ve been left wondering ever since. But no more. Today someone ran the AnTuTu benchmark on the LG V400. This will clearly be a tablet, and it’s not the upcoming 10-incher from the Korean company, since that has the model number V700. So the V400 is either going to be the G Pad 7.0 or the G Pad 8.0.
Regardless, it comes with some pretty low-end specs – much more so than we were expecting, given what’s inside LG’s previous tablet, the G Pad 8.3.
The LG V400 has a 1,280×800 touchscreen, a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor (with ARM Cortex-A7 cores), 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, a 3.2 MP rear camera, a 1.3 MP front camera, and it runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
That’s all we know for now, but we’re hoping that LG will make its three new tablets officially official in the next few days.
