Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro coming soon with 2,560×1,440 screen, Snapdragon 801 CPU, 4,000 mAh battery
Lenovo is currently busy working on a follow-up to the Vibe Z from last year, a device that has served as its flagship Android offering for the past few months. The upcoming model, though, will top it in terms of specs, as it will be an absolute beast.
The Vibe Z2 Pro will come with a 6-inch 2,560×1,440 (QHD) touchscreen, a 16 MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash, a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, NFC, and a gigantic 4,000 mAh battery. It will be just 7.7 mm thin.
And above you can see the first ever pictures showing this upcoming device. Unfortunately the rest of its specs are still unknown, but we assume they’ll fit in nicely with the high-end nature of the already leaked ones.
As it’s been already showcased to Chinese media, we assume the Vibe Z2 Pro will get announced very soon. That said, it’s pretty unlikely that it will ever be officially sold in developed markets. Lenovo has, in recent times, confined most of its smartphones to Asia. Which is a shame, really, because with specs like that many people elsewhere would probably be interested.
