Huawei Ascend P7 will be out in the UK on June 16 for £329.99

The Huawei Ascend P7 was announced at the beginning of May, and it started rolling out to certain countries and territories before the end of last month. In the UK, though, it’s due to arrive on June 16.

That date has been confirmed by two online retailers – both Amazon and Clove. So we assume it’s legit. The Ascend P7 can be pre-ordered from those companies for the same amount: £329.99. This will net you a SIM-free and unlocked handset, of course.

The pricing is in line with the Ascend P7’s specs, which make it an upper-midrange offering in this day and age. That said, Huawei mentioned €449 as the phone’s recommended retail price, and the UK amount is only about €406 at the current exchange rates.

If you like your smartphones extremely thin and good looking, then this may be the one for you. The Huawei Ascend P7 comes with a 5-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, an 8 MP front camera, a 1.8 GHz quad-core HiSilicon Kirin 910T processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, 150 Mbps 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC, and a 2,500 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
