Nokia works on a TD-SCDMA Symbian smartphone
Nokia said today that it’s currently working to develop a TD-SCDMA smartphone based on the Symbian S60 OS.
The smartphone is, obviously, especially built for China, since the TD-SCDMA technology is being used only there, in the world’s largest mobile market (about 600 million users, according to the latest reports).
Details on the upcoming handset are [...]

Symbian S60 App Review: MCleaner - SMS and Caller Blacklist
Was there ever a time when you had to endure receiving tons of text SPAM on your phone, with the occassional bogus “You won the lottery!” kind of calls? Hmm. I’ve had my fair share of such. And I must say, I didn’t enjoy it one bit.
So I scoured the whole universe to its very [...]
Nokia 5800 XpressMusic’s list price higher than what Nokia promised
For those looking forward to the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic’s release date (which is supposed to be “some time in Q4 2008″) I have both good news and bad news.
The good news: the 5800 XpressMusic is now available for pre-order, at least in Spain. Russia is supposed to get the said touchscreen phone on December 5th, [...]
Nokia E63 clears hurdles of FCC
Usually, it takes newly announced Nokia phones anywhere from a few weeks to months before they pass through and get approved by the FCC. Fortunately for those who’ve been enticed by the “low-end” Nokia E71, the same is not the case this time.
The plastic-clad, 3G-capable Nokia E63 has just been showcased, but not by Nokia. [...]

Running on Symbian S60, Nokia 6650 will [...]
Nokia Wahoo for AT&T leaked: a flip phone with a semi-QWERTY keyboard
I thought the Nokia E63 is the only Finnish novelty for today, but I was obviously wrong, as another new Nokia handset has just appeared, although in an unofficial way.
The handset I’m talking about goes under the codename Nokia Wahoo (yes, it does sound a bit weird) and it’s a slim clamshell that somehow [...]
